These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between fs999 (hereinafter "Platform" or "we") and all users or members (hereinafter "you" or "member"). By using the fs999.best website or mobile app, these Terms apply to you automatically.

Fs999 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced via a notice on the website and communicated to your registered email address. Continued use of the platform following any update will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict in interpretation, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

To open an account with fs999, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• The mobile number or email address used during registration must be active and belong to you personally.

Fs999 may initiate a KYC (identity verification) process at any time. You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.

Fs999 reserves the right to terminate any account registered with false information, without prior notice.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Once a bet is placed on fs999 and a confirmation is received from the system, that bet is considered final. No bet can be cancelled or modified after confirmation — except where a cash-out option is available.

• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed will apply to the confirmed bet.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, fs999 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Betting settlement may be suspended until the result of a match or event is officially announced.
• If a match is abandoned or officially cancelled, stakes for that match are generally refunded — though specific rules may vary depending on the betting market.
• If a match kicks off earlier or later than scheduled, the betting rules remain unchanged.
• In a parlay or accumulator bet, if one event is cancelled, that leg is removed and the bet is settled on the remaining odds.

Fs999 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and other promotional offers from time to time. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, which are listed on the respective offer page.

• Accepting a bonus is optional. You may choose to opt out of bonuses at the time of registration or at any point afterward.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — you must first meet the specified wagering requirements (typically 5–15x the combined deposit and bonus amount).
• If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified bonus period, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
• A member may not use the same promotion more than once.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, fs999 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Attempting to exploit bonuses risk-free by placing bets on opposing outcomes (arbitrage betting).
• Placing bets automatically using betting software or bots.
• Any attempt to influence the outcome of a match or game.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Any attempt to access another member's account without authorization.

Fs999 believes betting is for entertainment — not a means of income. We place the highest importance on the wellbeing and mental health of our members.

• Each member can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• If you need a break, use the self-exclusion option — available from 7 days up to 6 months.

• It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to keep minors away from betting — use password protection on your account if necessary.

Fs999 may also suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• In cases of Terms violation or breach of prohibited conduct.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

For inactive accounts, a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 may apply after 12 months — until the balance reaches zero.

• In the event of a dispute, fs999's recorded transaction logs will be considered the definitive evidence.
• In the event of any dispute over a match result, the official result issued by the relevant governing body will apply.
• Fs999 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Fs999's decision shall be final in the interpretation of these Terms.
